Expanding Our Presence to Deepen Bilateral Engagement
To effectively fulfill our mission of facilitating investment and development between Cambodia and China, CCIDA is building a robust regional network. Our headquarters in Phnom Penh operates as the command center for coordination, while our strategic expansion into key Chinese cities from 2025 to 2027 will strengthen our on-the-ground presence, partner engagement, and investment facilitation capacity.

Status: Operational since 2024
Located in the capital city of Phnom Penh, the Cambodia HQ serves as the core management and administrative center of CCIDA.
Key functions include:
- National-level coordination with ministries and government bodies
- Investor onboarding, project support, and documentation processing
- Hosting of investment forums, business matching, and site visits
- Liaison for Cambodian companies seeking Chinese partners
- Oversight of development project pipelines and feasibility studies

China Regional Offices (Planned Expansion 2025–2027)
To further enhance Cambodia–China investment relations, CCIDA will open eight regional offices across China between 2025 and 2027. Each office will serve as a local hub for promotion, support services, and cross-border cooperation.
As China’s political and diplomatic capital, the Beijing office will focus on:
- Engaging national ministries and trade policy stakeholders
- Coordinating bilateral programs with the Cambodian Embassy
- Promoting government-backed investment initiatives
A global financial hub, the Shanghai office will focus on:
- Attracting private investors and financial institutions
- Promoting fintech, insurance, and banking partnerships
- Hosting investor forums and business roadshows
As a key manufacturing and trading center, the Guangzhou office will focus on:
- Facilitating industrial partnerships and supply chain relocation
- Promoting trade and retail expansion
- Engaging Guangdong-based export and logistics firms
China’s tech and innovation capital, the Shenzhen office will focus on:
- Digital economy cooperation (AI, e-commerce, smart city tech)
- Startup and venture capital matchmaking
- Promoting high-tech industrial investment in Cambodia
A gateway to Western China, the Chengdu office will focus on:
- Promoting agriculture, logistics, and regional development projects
- Strengthening inland province participation in BRI and Cambodia SEZs
Known for digital innovation and e-commerce, the Hangzhou office will focus on:
- Partnering with platforms like Alibaba for retail and supply chain deals
- Driving digital trade, marketing, and smart logistics initiatives
An emerging industrial and academic hub, the Wuhan office will focus on:
- Promoting education exchange, research, and medical investment
- Supporting manufacturing and transportation cooperation
As a central node in the Belt and Road Initiative, the Xi’an office will focus on:
- Developing infrastructure and logistics ties
- Attracting public and private capital to BRI-aligned projects in Cambodia
